This is often the first step for programs that assist first-time and income qualified homebuyers.
We offer eHome America homebuyer education online for Western Washington residents who live outside the greater Seattle-Tacoma area. With this course, you may qualify for first time homebuyer programs.
You can take the class at your own pace, stopping and going back to where you left off as many times as you need.
